Abstract | Reduced graphene oxide based Field Effect Transistors are fabricated and tested for photon detection in the wavelength range of 100-280 nm. The paper reports a study to analyze the effect of reduced graphene oxide layer thickness on the performance of the detector. Also, the detector showed deteriorated performance after one month of fabrication, a portion of which could be restored by low temperature vacuum annealing. © 2019 IEEE. |
