Abstract

In this work, a Reduced Graphene Oxide based radiation sensor is being modeled and analyzed using Finite Element Method software COMSOL. The technical approach of the sensor is to utilize the sensitive dependence of the electrical conductivity of Reduced Graphene oxide to the local electric field, which can be modified by the interaction of radiation with a semiconductor substrate. Simulations have been carried out to find the dependence of the electric field below reduced graphene oxide on the geometrical parameters of the sensor. © 2019 IEEE.
